Do you deliver on the same day?
Same-day delivery is available for select locations in Dubai for orders placed before the cut-off time. Delivery slots and availability are displayed during checkout.
Can I choose how my seafood is cleaned or cut?
Yes. Many of our products offer preparation options such as whole, fillet, cleaned, or sliced. You can select your preferred option before adding the item to your cart.
What if I receive a damaged or spoiled item?
If any product arrives spoiled, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our refund policy.
