    All seafood products are considered perishable and are therefore non-returnable. We do not accept exchanges or returns unless the item received is incorrect, spoiled, or physically damaged upon delivery.
  2. Reporting an Issue
    If you receive an order that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence.
  3. Refund Approval and Processing
    All refund claims will be reviewed by our support team. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund claims that do not meet the above conditions.
